“I joined the group when it was a BRE (now BRX) franchise. Whilst that was a very different concept, a lot of the original members remain – I don’t know of any other networking group that has such a long-standing and loyal membership. Yes, there is a commitment to meet generally every Tuesday but, even in the middle of winter, it is always a rewarding, stimulating and entertaining experience. We all contribute and learn and that, for me, is really important.”

I have been in practice since 1984 and  deal with private company work and general commercial law matters including joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, commercial agreements and buying and selling businesses (whether through the sale of assets or shares of a company). I also have substantial experience of commercial property matters and partnerships both in terms of formation and retirement/dissolution.

I believe passionately in a sense of fairness and that the legal process should be kept as simple as possible.
